with all the space, freedom and holiday essentials at your finger tips to make your stay a memorable one.
There are five bedrooms, 3 with queen beds, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully
therapeutic spa, open fireplace, fully self equipped kitchen, 3 large living/dining areas to relax in, TV,
video, c.d. player, and BBQ.
The Foster and Fish Creek townships are both under 10 minutes drive. Beautiful beaches,
National Parks and outstanding scenic drives offer a great range of things to do and see in the area. There is no
shortage of activities ranging from fishing, golf and windsurfing to craft shops bushwalking and bird watching.
To assist you with an ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation escape, we have options such as private catering,
relaxation massage, facials, pedicures, manicures and picnic hampers available to include for a special occasion
getaway.
Linen including doonas, sheets, bath mats, hand towels and face washers are provided. You only need to BYO
towels.

Eight Acres Guesthouse Tariff
Bookings are for the sole use of the property for up to 14 people. Linen is supplied BYO towels.
Standard tariffs are based on 4 people; for extra guests add $40.00 per person per night,
children under 2 no charge.
Christmas, January, Easter, Melbourne Cup long weekend and other public holiday tariffs
are based on 8 people.

Terms and Conditions:
A $100 deposit bond is required where payment is by cheque or direct deposit. This will be
refunded after your stay providing there is no damage or additional cleaning costs and all household goods are in good
order.
Additional Cleaning Costs Include:
Spills, mess and/or dishes not cleaned. Extra linen or towels used. Spa use regulations not adhered to. All rubbish, bottles etc are to be placed in the large blue dump bin At the bottom of the driveway as you leave. We thank you for your courtesy and care of our property and thus helping us provide a pleasant place for all who wish to use it.
Cancellations:
14+ days prior to arrival: Full refund less 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be refunded only if we are able to refill the booked period, 10% fee of the original total then applies.
